As an Inside Sales Executive at Crystal Enterprises, your job is to discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction. Also, you are supposed to reach out to potential customers to demonstrate and persuade them to buy our products through email phone, and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact the Leeds provided and try to convert them into clients
2. Sometimes traveling to nearby places to promote our products
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
4. Create sales performance reports on a monthly basis
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Good communication skills
2. Drafting emails and messages
3. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
6. Basic knowledge of MS Excel
