1.Collaborate with your team to understand the client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
2. Develop design concepts that align with clients' vision, functional needs, and
architectural constraints.
3. Create sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts and present them to your reporting manager.
4. Prepare presentations and excel sheets for management of data and documentation.
5. Select and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that enhance the design concept and meet quality standards.
6. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and installation purposes.
7. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of design plans within specified timelines and budgets.
8. Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve design issues, and ensure
adherence to design intent.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and innovative design solutions.
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
