1. Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
2. Be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use them while discussing with stakeholders.
3. Help with the overall team's workload by managing candidate deliverables and helping the team when required.
4. Be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.

1. Hired candidate's expected interactions are within the candidate's team and direct supervisor.
2. Hired candidate will be provided a detailed to moderate level of instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments and the decisions that they make that would impact their work.

1. Shift time: Mandatory working on the night shifts (US/UK shift).
2. Working days: Rotational work week.
