1. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Kabirr Vani's brand presence and attract a wider audience
2. Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and industry experts to secure coverage for Kabirr Vani's content, special events, and guest features
3. Create compelling press releases, media kits, pitch decks, and other PR materials to communicate Kabirr Vani's vision and value proposition
4. Collaborate with the social media team to develop strategies for promoting episodes, engaging with listeners, and growing the audience across various platforms
5. Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities for individual podcast episodes and the series as a whole, and develop and pitch partnership proposals
6. Explore and implement additional revenue streams such as merchandise sales, paid subscriptions, and premium content offerings
7. Lead negotiations with sponsors, advertisers, and partners to secure deals that align with Kabirr Vani's goals and ensure all agreements are beneficial
8. Monitor the performance of sponsorship deals and other revenue-generating activities, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts
9. Identify and research potential guests who align with Kabirr Vani's themes, conduct outreach, and manage communications to secure their participation
10. Handle logistics related to guest appearances, including scheduling, briefings, and pre-interview preparations
11. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests, from initial contact to post-episode follow-up, including handling travel arrangements if necessary
12. Work with guests to promote their episodes across their own platforms, creating opportunities for cross-promotion and audience growth
1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience in public relations, revenue generation, and guest management, preferably within the podcasting, media, or entertainment industries
3. Strong network of media contacts and experience securing sponsorships or partnerships
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies for PR, revenue generation, and guest engagement
7. Familiarity with Kabirr Vani’s content, audience, and mission is a plus
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 13,000 /month (only for freshers)
