We are seeking a 'Junior Operations Executive' to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordination of team meetings, and handling internal communications
2. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for projects, ensuring that all financial activities align with the company's goals
3. Support the production team with logistics, including coordinating with vendors, managing contracts, and overseeing deliveries
4. Monitor project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met
5. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and provide regular reports to the senior management team

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), business management (BBM), or related fields (MBA preferred)
2. 1-4 years of experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in non-technical settings
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
7. Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail
Compensation: ₹70,000 - ₹75,000 per month, ideal for candidates seeking growth in a creative industry with financial stability.
