Junior Talent Acquisition Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms
2. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements
4. Maintain candidate databases and track the recruitment process
5. Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives
6. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

1. Pursue or complete a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Show familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (a plus)
5. Maintain a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
