About the job

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Talent sourcing:
1. Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
2. Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

(b) Candidate screening and interviewing:
1. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
2. Conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

(c) Recruitment strategy and planning:
1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
3. Maintaining and updating job postings on various platforms.

(d) Candidate experience:
1. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2. Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
3. Managing the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

(e) Employer branding:
1. Promoting the company s reputation as a great place to work.
2. Participating in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.

(f) Data management and reporting:
1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
2. Generating and analyzing recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

(g) Compliance:
1. Ensuring recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
2. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Experience:
1. Minimum of 6 months-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
2. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
