Key Account Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to effectively overcome obstacles
2. Provide food solutions tailored to the prospects
3. Conduct application training
4. Stay updated with the latest sales trends and best practices
5. Develop a yearly sales plan in cooperation with the Head of Department (HOD) in alignment with the business strategy
6. Acquire new customers and develop relationships with existing national hotels and other hospitality/food service chains by:
a. Achieving agreed targets and KPIs
b. Identifying sales opportunities within the designated territory
c. Cold calling and visiting selected prospects
d. Increasing business with existing key accounts
