Key responsibilities:

1. Documentation relating to transactions of unlisted shares.
2. Effectively communicating with Institutions and stakeholders.
3. KYC check on clients.
4. Record keeping & Maintenance of all the documents.
5. Executing sale and purchase transaction of unlisted shares (online & offline).
6. Sharing transaction MIS and invoices internally.
7. Mutual fund operations.
