About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively reach out to customers and doctors via phone calls and messages to promote and sell pharmaceutical products
2. Clearly convey product information, benefits, and usage details to potential clients
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
4. Track and manage all sales activities and interactions using CRM software
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
6. Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into orders
7. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product orders and delivery
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
9. Collect and document feedback from customers and doctors to improve product offerings and services

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
2. Sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
3. Experience in customer interaction and relationship building
4. Strong verbal and written communication
5. Proven sales and persuasion abilities
6. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently
8. Detail-oriented and accurate
9. Resilient and able to handle rejection
10. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
11. Quick learner for product knowledge
12. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
13. Relevant sales, marketing, or pharmaceutical certifications are advantageous
