We are seeking a highly creative and experienced senior fashion designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute design concepts for our western clothing line.
2. Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are accurately translated into garments.
5. Present design ideas and collections to senior management.
6. Attend fashion shows and events to stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in western wear.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
4. Excellent knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
5. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills.
