Training And Engagement Coordinator Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Training Program Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs for customers
2. Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate training session schedules and ensure all necessary resources are prepared
3. Participant Registration: Manage the registration process for training sessions and communicate relevant details to participants
4. Training Materials Management: Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, ensuring they are up to date
5. Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone and email
6. Training Evaluation: Coordinate the collection and analysis of training feedback from participants
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training programs with customer needs

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, communications, or related field
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
