About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Take total ownership of the project after the PO
2. Approve the CAD design from the Customer
3. Prepare a project plan with clearly defined milestones
4. Identify installation partners
5. Identify equipment vendors and OEM
6. Ensure issuance of POs to installation partners and distributors/OEMs
7. Track delivery of items against the PO
8. Install and commission at site
9. Monitor the project against the project plan
10. Provide daily progress reports to relevant stakeholders from both Customer and AWAN
11. Conduct regular meetings with Customer to resolve issues
12. Ensure invoicing to Customer as per payment milestones
13. Ensure payment to vendors as per payment milestones
14. Manage vendors effectively
15. Handle change management - any non-tender items require approval from relevant stakeholders from AWAN
16. Obtain formal customer acceptance

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. BE/Diploma with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, technical support and customer relationship management

2. Experience in implementing and supporting Audio-Video solutions is a must

3. Relationship management: The ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, customers & colleagues

4. Negotiation skills: The ability to persuade, influence and explore positions and alternatives with AWANs suppliers and OEMs to reach desired outcomes
