Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on project management of all business initiatives planned & successfully taking it to desired results
2. Coordinate with various departments like marketing, sales, IT, HR, and finance for the execution of business plans
3. Business development: develop plans to expand customer base, new clients, and explore new markets
4. System & process improvement: develop, plan & executive models for improving operational efficiencies
5. Coordination with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders of business for smooth operations
6. Explore new technologies & methods to integrate & track all projects & business plans during execution
7. Successfully manage & execute all projects for timely completion & achieve business objectives
8. Ensure smooth coordination with all stakeholders of the business maintaining harmonious relations & goodwill
9. Improve operational business efficiencies
10. Work on new business development initiatives
11. Report to Synaegis MD and coordinate with SMSRC strategy projects office directly to provide updates

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

1. Educational background: Science/pharmacy graduate & MBA/PGDBM in marketing/project/ healthcare management

2. Skills: good communication, business analytics, presentation, interpersonal, and coordination

3. Should be tech savvy, self-motivated, curious & explorative, quick learner, self-starter

4. Project management skills, problem-solving skills, questioning the status quo to reach organizational objectives

5. Work experience: 2-3 years in project management/marketing/bd preferably in pharma, health-tech role

Working Norms:

1. This is primarily an office job based in Mumbai (Andheri) with the flexibility of hybrid work for a few days

2. Workdays & timings: Monday to Saturday; 10.00 AM – 07.00 PM

3. Client & Customer visits as necessary

4. Emoluments: As per Industry standards (Deserving candidates Emoluments negotiable depending on experience & skills)

5. Candidate will have the potential (basis performance) to be fast-tracked into a career accelerated program that eventually materializes into a larger leadership role in the organization

Salary
