We are looking for a talented 'QA engineer (automation + manual)' to join our team at AppQuarterz Technologies! As a 'QA engineer', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing
2. Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and track defects to resolution
3. Contribute to the design and implementation of automation testing frameworks
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
5. Perform regression testing to validate software quality and stability
6. Conduct exploratory testing to uncover usability issues and gather user feedback
7. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
8. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to continuously improve the testing process
9. Conduct performance and load testing to identify potential bottlenecks
10. Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders
11. Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide comprehensive support to the development team
12. Contribute to process improvements and best practices in software quality assurance
13. Verify that software meets business, functional, and non-functional requirements
14. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks
15. Actively participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Faridabad and neighboring cities
1. Good experience in automation
2. Cypress & Selenium (Python/Selenium)
3. API automation knowledge
4. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
5. Proven experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
6. Expertise in automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium
7. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
8. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
9. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
