Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor customer calls, emails, and chats as per audit parameters and identify fatal and non-fatal errors
2. Utilize call monitoring tools to record, analyze, and evaluate customer calls
3. Identify communication patterns and suggest improvements to the customer service team
4. Generate reports on customer call quality and make recommendations for improvement
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
7. Monitor customer feedback and provide insights on customer service performance
8. Analyze customer call trends and suggest solutions
9. Document customer feedback and call quality analysis systematically
10. Provide customer service training and support to ensure quality customer service
11. Propose new actions to improve productivity
12. Ensure the quality of products and contribute to the goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences
