Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant Job

Key responsibilities:

a. Candidate Sourcing:
1. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates matching the parameters of the job requirements.

b. Candidate Management:
1. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
2. Provide timely feedback to candidates following interviews and assessments.
3. Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.

c. Placing Candidates:
1. Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and clients.
2. Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, addressing any concerns or questions and providing support as needed.
3. Follow up with candidates post-interview and post-placement to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues or challenges.

d. End-to-End Recruitment Process:
1. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding and post-placement support.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system
