As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are seeking a talented 'Manager - Channel Sales' to help us achieve our sales objectives As a 'Manager - Channel Sales' you will be responsible for building a sales team and overseeing them and driving sales performance. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, set ambitious sales targets, and lead by example to inspire and motivate your team. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and effectively communicate our value proposition will be critical to your success.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
3. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand our customer base.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

7. Knowledge of channel sales (hardware shops) and understanding of market dynamics.

8. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
