About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to international customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest
2. Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, and develop strategies to convert them into meetings and business opportunities
3. Meeting scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring smooth and effective communication
4. Database management: Maintain and update customer information and call records in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and track progress
5. Follow-up: Perform timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and address any inquiries or concerns they may have
6. Sales reporting: Report on daily activities, lead generation progress, and conversion rates to the sales manager or team lead

Your skills/expertise:

1. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales/lead generation roles

2. Strong understanding of inbound and outbound methodology in sales

3. Excellent technical acumen to understand target customers and platforms

4. Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools

5. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual with a commitment to targets, deadlines, KPIs, and metrics

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key requirements and criteria:

1. Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably with international customers

2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients

3. Sales skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle objections effectively

4. Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools

5. Cultural awareness: Understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities

6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and priorities in a fast-paced environment

7. Self-motivation: Strong self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and a passion for achieving results

8. Languages: Fluency in English is preferred

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
