2. Strong understanding of inbound and outbound methodology in sales
3. Excellent technical acumen to understand target customers and platforms
4. Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
5. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual with a commitment to targets, deadlines, KPIs, and metrics
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key requirements and criteria:
1. Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably with international customers
2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
3. Sales skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle objections effectively
4. Technical proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
5. Cultural awareness: Understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
7. Self-motivation: Strong self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and a passion for achieving results
8. Languages: Fluency in English is preferred
