Project Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Liaison with Clients: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients.
2. Develop Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Make Important Decisions: Evaluate and make key business decisions.
4. Approve/Reject Team Decisions: Review and approve or reject decisions made by team members.
5. Hire and Manage Designers: Recruit designers and oversee their transition into assistant roles.
6. Performance Rating: Evaluate and rate employee performance.
7. Monitor and Suggest Business Ideas: Track business performance and propose new ideas for growth.
8. Take Complete Control from Existing Management:* Assume full control over responsibilities from the current management.
9. Work Independently: Operate with autonomy to drive business objectives.
