Sales Coordinator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Checking mails and entering enquiries in quotation register
2. Monitoring reply for every enquiry is given or not
3. Following up on given quotation to improve quotation to order conversion ratio
4. Monitoring all samples requirement coming through mail are fulfilled or not
5. Getting feedback on the samples we have sent to the customers
6. Replying all the enquiries coming through Indiamart and Tradeindia
7. Buyin new leads from Indiamart
8. Making weekly sales analysis report
9. Making weekly analysis report of quotation register
10. Any other work deemed fit by your superior
11. Doing DSI/Kaizen to improve your work in line with organizational goal
