Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in sales, and will be adept at handling client interactions and closing deals. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Gurugram.

Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
Strong understanding of sales strategy (Mandatory skill)
Customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill)
Effective negotiation skills to close deals successfully
Thorough product knowledge to answer client queries and present offerings convincingly
Closing skills to ensure the finalization of sales
Prospecting skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Time management skills to handle multiple clients and sales processes efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and initiate contacts to generate sales opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow client base
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales cycle
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales and provide post-sale support as needed
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to develop new sales strategies
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
