Job type: Full-time (work from office)
Department/functional area of the job: Sales /business development (inside sales)
Shift hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Designation: Senior sales associate
Salary: Rs. 40,000/ month - Rs. 60,000/month (salary can vary based on experience, interview, and last in-hand withdrawn)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Endeavor to establish an outstanding working relationship with the team and encourage daily sales
2. Managing a team of enthusiast sales professionals and ensuring target completion
3. Promote Online and distance learning programs to the aspirants seeking career growth
4. Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly reports on sales and review on a timely basis
5. Work together with colleagues and teams from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery
6. Retrain and reskill existing employees on strategies and effective sales processes
7. Generate action plans to enhance performance and ensure productivity in day-to-day operations
8. Ensuring on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate suspects and close deals
9. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to strengthen the internal team

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken)

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Eligibility:

1. Candidate must have 1 year experience in leadership in the ed-tech industry

4. Can adjust to a competitive environment and learn from it
