Key Responsibilities:
1. Telesales for the insurance sector
2. Build trust and rapport, address concerns, and guide customers toward the right plan.
3. You'll boost sales for Insurance services in this position.
4. Stay active in industry trends and market dynamics.
5. Work independently with the ability to collaborate with teams.
6. Possess knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
7. You will contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our sales processes.
1. This position requires good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
2. A minimum of a 12th pass, diploma, or graduate degree is required.
3. We're seeking a motivated telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
4. Fluency in English and Hindi is vital for effective communication in this position.
