Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Suitable AI, you will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of work experience in relevant fields.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience in recruitment and sourcing (Mandatory skill)
Proven track record in interviewing candidates to evaluate their qualifications
Proficiency in candidate assessment methodologies and techniques
Ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Skilled in employer branding to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Effective negotiation skills to manage job offers and salary discussions
Experience with onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate fit for the organization
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future open positions
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through effective communication and feedback
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in recruitment technologies
Earn certifications in these skills
