About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products
2. new leads using Google and B2B portals
3. Maintain and update customer information in the database
4. Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
5. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
6. Meet call and sales targets
7. Refer prospects to the field sales team as needed
8. Process orders and handle grievances
9. Prepare daily and monthly reports
