We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential clients. For this, we will provide and you also need to obtain the list of individual information and source the data for additional members from the targeted audience.
To be a successful telecaller, you need to have the capability to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. Even they need to suggest ways in which client feedback can be utilized to improve the product or services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Know all the details of the product or service offerings.
2. Regularly update and obtain lists of individual contact details.
3. Meet and exceed targets set by the organization.
4. Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
5. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
7. Bring clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
8. Conduct each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
9. Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.
10. Visit markets to increase vendor data.
Telecaller Requirements:
1. Graduation or equivalent.
2. Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
3. Having good MS Office knowledge.
4. Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
5. Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
6. Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
7. Having the capability to manage unforeseen situations at the time of calls.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
