2. Handle inbound calls from customers to address their queries and provide assistance
3. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions in MS Excel
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
5. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
7. Continuously improve your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers and contribute to the growth of the company
