We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate sales by making outbound calls to potential customers. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to buy products or services by following a prepared script and addressing any questions or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound, inbound and followup calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
