Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote new residential flats
2. Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability
3. Qualify leads and identify potential buyers' needs and preferences
4. Schedule and coordinate property visits and site tours
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system
6. Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and support
7. Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process and achieve targets
8. Address and resolve any customer issues or inquiries professionally
9. Stay updated on the latest property listings and market trends
