Business Development Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end sales and achieve set targets/quotas
2. Conduct telephonic conversations with prospects and customers to work towards closures
3. Handle inbound leads efficiently, maintaining a strong closure rate
4. Manage market research report sales by converting pre-generated leads from across the globe
5. Qualify inbound leads, engage through calls, and sell research reports
6. Negotiate and close business deals effectively
7. Determine price schedules and discount rates based on business needs
8. Be prepared to work in US and Europe shifts

Requirements:

1. Possess 1-3 years of experience in a sales representative role
2. Demonstrate fluency in English (mandatory)
3. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Be familiar with data analysis and reporting
5. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
6. Show strong negotiation and business deal closing skills
