Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the team.
2. Generate and qualify leads through various channels and take the ownership in the revenue goals.
3. Manage direct & indirect sales through effective sales strategy.
4. Responsible for entire Sales funnel and constantly monitor and execute on sales pipeline.
5. Mentor and guide sales interns, ensuring they are equipped to contribute to the team's success.
6. Welcome brands to Prism Paradox, showcase our 360 marketing solutions, and nurture long-term client relationships.

4. Role Details: Report to the CRO, lead Sales Interns, full-time remote with weekly office visits in Mira Road, Mumbai.
