About the job

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs):
1. Reading and interpreting schematics and assembly instructions
2. Selecting and placing electronic components on PCBs
3. Soldering and desoldering components
4. Testing PCBs for functionality
5. Testing and debugging circuit boards
6. Using test equipment to verify the functionality of PCBs
7. Analyzing test results to identify and troubleshoot defects
8. Repairing or replacing defective components
- Assembling and testing wire harnesses
1. Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
2. Cutting and stripping wire
3. Crimping and soldering wire connectors
4. Testing wire harnesses for continuity and functionality
- Assisting in minor administrative activities in the company, including purchases
1. Working on procurement, packaging and shipping-related activities
2. Preparing purchase orders and receiving shipments
3. Packing and shipping products
4. Maintaining inventory records

Skill(s) required

PCB Soldering

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Arduino

Learn VLSI Design

Other requirements

1. Diploma in electronics, electricals, or similar

2. Previous experience in electronics assembly and testing preferred

3. Must have experience with SMT soldering and reworking

4. Strong understanding of electronic circuits and components

5. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications

6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

7. Effective communication and teamwork abilities

8. Familiarity with safety protocols in electronics work

9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry standards

10. Knowledge of/hands-on experience with various lithium chemistries is a plus

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
