Corporate Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential or existing clients and update client information in the database
2. Explain projects to clients in detail
3. Coordinate with clients through voice calls and emails to explain projects and convince them for site visits
4. Follow up with clients after site visits to understand their experience
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and productivity trackers
6. Maintain call quality by following the audit sheet for sales call flow
7. Call leads generated by different marketing sources and convert them into site meetings
8. Excel at customer follow-up
9. Keep records of feedback through emails and phone communication channels
