About the job

What we need are energetic and passionate individuals with great sales skills, strong networking abilities, and digital savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities among brands and corporates.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by assisting and providing suitable solutions.
3. Generate revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
5. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
6. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand business connections.
7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
8. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives to attract new clients.
9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously update knowledge about the company's offerings.
10. Provide after-sales services to key clients to build rapport.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 months to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

Academic Qualifications:

1. MBA (marketing) or bachelor's (commerce or marketing).
