Key responsibilities:

1. Candidate sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract top technical candidates
2. Candidate evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
3. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
4. Candidate assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate interviews and provide feedback for informed hiring decisions
5. Offer management: Extend offers to selected candidates and participate in salary negotiations following company guidelines
6. Onboarding support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and smooth transition into the company
7. HR support: Collaborate with the HR team on various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and policy development
8. Data and reporting: Maintain recruitment data, generate regular reports to evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and propose improvements
9. Employer branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
10. Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure that recruitment practices remain compliant
