1. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the HR team, including HR Associates and HR Coordinators
2. Set clear expectations for performance and behavior, and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities
3. Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices to support the strategic growth of the business
4. Develop and implement standardized processes and workflows for various stages of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
5. Work closely with management to develop annual budgets for recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and other HR-related activities
6. Collaborate with management to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
7. Identify training and development needs, and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
8. Partner with management to identify organizational needs and develop strategies to support growth, change, and transformation
9. Facilitate organizational assessments, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee engagement
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion
11. Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution
12. Manage campus placement hiring
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate degree in any discipline, with prior exposure (through internships or full-time roles) in HR or talent acquisition roles; BMS/MBA in HR preferred
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Ability to work simultaneously on multiple hiring requirements
4. Confident and creative with problem-solving ability
