Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
3. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
5. Assist in performance management processes and talent development programs
6. Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues effectively
7. Collaborate with management to identify and fulfill training needs

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 0-6 months of experience in HR or related roles
3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
