Job description: Inside sales executive (B2B enterprise SaaS)

Job location: Mumbai (Mira Road)
Working days: Mon to Friday , WFO + 2nd and 4th Saturday working per month
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven, inside sales executive to join our dynamic team at EffiGO Global. As an inside sales executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the B2B enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. You will utilize your strong communication and persuasive skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and contribute to generating business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generating new business leads and opportunities
2. Reaching out via phone/email/social media to connect with prospective customers.
3. Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts
4. Staying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends & best practices
5. Competitor analysis & positioning against them
6. Pre-qualification of business opportunities
Requirements:
1. Should have experience of at least 0-3 years in business development/inside sales in a software company.
2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Hindi and any regional language would be add on.
3. Soft Skills (pitching, probing, objection handling, rapport building)
4. Strong, in-depth analytical skill
5. Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
6. Networking & team management
