Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer phones and explain the products and services offered by the company
2. Contact existing and prospective customers using scripts
3. Obtain customer information and other relevant data
4. Ask questions to customers to understand their specifications
5. Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services
6. Record all sales phone calls and sales deals
7. Take and process product orders in a professional manner
8. Maintain the customer database on a regular basis
9. Suggest solutions based on customer needs and requirements
