1. Recruitment & onboarding: Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
2. Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
3. Performance management: Assist in implementing performance management systems, including setting up performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
4. HR administration: Maintain and update employee records, process payroll, manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
5. Training & development: Identify training needs, organize, and facilitate internal and external training programs to support employee growth and development.
6. Policy implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with company goals and legal requirements.
7. Employee engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events to foster a positive work culture.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain awareness of HR trends and best practices.

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in HR preferably in any chartered accountant firm.
3. Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and employment laws.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Experience in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
9. Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
10. Certification in HR is a plus.
