Meandmath is a leading educational organization dedicated to promoting excellence in education through Olympiad programs. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 'Business Development Associate' to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with schools, build strong partnerships, and facilitate student registrations for our Olympiad programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. School Outreach:
- Identify and target potential schools for partnership and participation in our olympiad programs
- Create a database of schools and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts
- Conduct presentations and meetings with school authorities to promote our Olympiad programs
2. Partnership Building:
- Establish and nurture relationships with school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that include student registrations for our olympiads
- Ensure that partnership terms and conditions are clearly communicated and understood by all parties involved
3. Student Registrations:
- Collaborate with schools to facilitate the registration of students for our olympiad programs
- Provide schools with the necessary materials and support to streamline the registration process
- Monitor and track student registrations and ensure accuracy
4. Targets and Reporting:
- Set monthly and quarterly targets for school partnerships and student registrations
- Prepare and submit regular reports on progress and achievements to the management team
5. Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from schools and provide input for continuous improvement of our programs
- Stay updated on educational trends and competitor activities to adapt our strategies
