Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls.
2. Reach out to new customers and explain the products to them.
3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
4. Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and address their concerns.
5. Initiate repeat sales by following up with existing customers.
6. Develop in-depth product knowledge to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
7. Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly targets related to call volume and sales.
8. Develop and manage prospective clients interested in investing in the company's real estate products, ensuring revenue generation.
9. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
10. Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying aware of new products and competitors.

6. Ability to handle stress and rejection while soliciting clients.

7. Flexibility with rotational off days and stretchable working hours.

8. Proper grooming and a formal dress code are required.
