Key responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound calls from the calendar during scheduled hours.
2. Follow a structured call approach to ensure effective communication.
3. Earn a flat commission on successful conversions.
4. Diligently follow up with leads and prospects.
5. Report directly to the Sales Manager.
6. Undergo comprehensive training, including mock calls, to enhance sales skills.
7. Conduct follow-ups during promotional activities.
8. Engage in video Zoom calls, voice calls, and video calls as required.
9. Uphold ethical standards and strong values in all interactions.
10. Exhibit proper communication, adept objection handling, and participate in brainstorming sessions with managers and founders.
11. Be presentable and transparent in dealings.

Requirements:
1. Proficient in both English and Hindi.
2. Commitment to a long-term position; individuals seeking short-term roles need not apply.
3. Experience directly or indirectly related to sales is a requirement.
4. Must be available for a full-time position during the specified hours.
5. Remote working capability.
