Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to drive sales and exceed revenue targets

3. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on Salesforce products and services to meet their needs
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
5. Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
6. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers in a professional manner
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Salesforce CRM system
