1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
2. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and video, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
3. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations
4. Utilize basic Canva editing skills to create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts
5. Monitor social media analytics and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement, providing regular reports and insights to management
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and design to develop integrated campaigns and initiatives
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand presence
8. Foster a positive and engaging online community by interacting with followers and influencers, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
9. Support the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization
10. Monitor and manage the company's online reputation across social media platforms
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms, with a strong understanding of social media best practices
4. Basic Canva editing skills for creating visual content
5. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
6. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
7. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
8. Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
9. Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal
