As a telecaller at Voxelstudio One Private Limited, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our services and generate leads. Your role will involve communicating effectively in both English and Hindi, both spoken and written, to ensure clear and concise interactions with customers. Utilizing your skills in MS-Excel, you will maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest
2. Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information on products and services
3. Maintain a database of leads and update information regularly using MS-Excel
4. Follow up with clients via phone or email to answer queries and schedule appointments
5. Meet daily and weekly targets for lead generation and sales conversion
6. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients to enhance customer satisfaction
7. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure successful closures.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Greater Noida, Noida and neighboring cities
1. High school, diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
2. 0-2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales; internships or related experiences are also considered.
3. Basic knowledge of 3D printing technology and its applications is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
