We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. The Recruitment Intern will assist with various tasks related to attracting, screening, and hiring top talent.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
2. Conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews
3. Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems
5. Supporting the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed

1. Currently, pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus
