This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy intern to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, webinar management, and online business operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Webinar Setup & Moderation: Assist with the technical setup, attendee management, and live moderation of webinars, ensuring seamless operation during live events.
2. Marketing Material Creation: Design and create marketing materials, including video ads and image posts, for platforms such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
3. Landing Pages & Payment Gateways: Create, manage, and optimize landing pages for webinar registrations, ensuring user-friendly experiences. Set up and troubleshoot payment gateways to guarantee smooth payment processes.
4. Email Marketing & Autoresponders: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including crafting email content, setting up automated responses, and analyzing campaign performance.
5. Google & YouTube Ads: Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google and YouTube ad campaigns to promote webinars and drive traffic.
6. Social Media Marketing: Implement and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
7. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for various online business tools and technologies, including webinar platforms, payment processors, and email marketing software.
8. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of webinars, ads, and social media campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.

Other requirements
1. Experience with Social Media Marketing: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, especially in creating content for Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of online business tools such as webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom), payment gateways, email marketing systems (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit), and website builders (e.g., WordPress, Leadpages).
3. Creativity in Marketing: Ability to create eye-catching and effective marketing materials, including video ads and visual content for social media and ad platforms.
4. Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, for marketing content creation and webinar moderation.
5. Proactive & Problem Solver: Quick to troubleshoot technical issues during live events and find solutions. A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks.
6. Passion for Digital Marketing & Online Businesses: Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced online environment and interest in career coaching and personal development is a plus.
